General
What makes this clinic different from a standard dermatology office?
Most dermatology offices focus exclusively on skin conditions. We treat skin health as part of whole-person care — which means your dermatology provider also has visibility into your hormone levels, nutrition, and wellness history if those are relevant to what you’re experiencing. Skin, hormones, diet, and sleep affect each other. We don’t pretend otherwise.
Do I need a referral to be seen?
In most cases, no referral is required. You can request an appointment directly using our online form or by calling us at (541) 200–2777. If your insurance plan requires a referral for specialist visits, please check with your insurer before scheduling — we can help you understand what’s needed when you call.
Who do you see?
We see adult patients for dermatology and wellness services. Whether you’re coming in for a skin concern, a cosmetic consultation, hormone-related questions, or a CoolSculpting evaluation, we’re set up to help. Call us if you have a specific situation you’re not sure about — we’ll let you know whether we’re the right fit.
Where are you located?
We’re at 2924 Siskiyou Blvd, Suite 200, Medford, OR 97504 — on South Siskiyou Blvd with convenient parking. We serve patients from throughout the Rogue Valley, including Ashland, Grants Pass, Eagle Point, and surrounding communities. For patients outside the Medford area, teledermatology visits are available statewide across Oregon.
Services & Treatments
What dermatology conditions do you treat?
We treat a wide range of medical dermatology concerns, including acne, rosacea, eczema, psoriasis, skin infections, moles, cysts, and suspicious skin lesions. We also perform skin cancer screenings. If you have a condition you’re not sure falls under medical dermatology, call us — we’ll let you know quickly whether we can help and what the right next step is.
What cosmetic services do you offer?
Our cosmetic dermatology services include treatments for skin texture, tone, and appearance concerns that go beyond medical necessity. A consultation is the starting point — we don’t recommend cosmetic procedures without first understanding your goals and whether the treatment is a good fit. Call or use our request form to schedule a cosmetic consultation.
How does CoolSculpting work and who is it for?
CoolSculpting is a non-invasive body contouring treatment that uses controlled cooling to reduce stubborn fat in specific areas. It’s not a weight-loss treatment — it’s designed for people close to their goal weight who have specific areas that don’t respond to diet and exercise. We offer consultations to determine whether CoolSculpting is appropriate for your goals. Results typically develop over 1 to 3 months as the treated fat cells are naturally eliminated.
What does hormone therapy involve?
Hormone therapy at this clinic begins with a thorough evaluation — including a health history review and, typically, lab work. We take a measured approach: hormone management is built on your actual results, not on symptoms alone. Treatment plans are individualized. We will walk you through what the process looks like at your first appointment so you can make an informed decision.
Can I combine services in one visit?
Sometimes, yes — depending on what you’re coming in for. A medical dermatology visit and a wellness check can sometimes be combined if the concerns are related and the timing works. Let us know when you call what you’re hoping to address and we’ll structure the appointment accordingly. We won’t rush either concern.
Teledermatology
What is teledermatology and how does it work?
Teledermatology is a secure video visit conducted through our patient portal. You connect with your provider from wherever you are, without coming into the office. It meets the same clinical standards as an in-person visit for the services it covers. Your provider can review images, discuss your history, and in many cases prescribe or adjust treatment — all remotely.
Which conditions can be evaluated via telehealth?
Many dermatology consultations, medication reviews, follow-up visits, and condition check-ins can be done via telehealth. If an in-person exam is genuinely required — for example, a biopsy, certain cosmetic procedures, or a physical examination that can’t be performed remotely — we will tell you before you book, not after. We don’t schedule telehealth visits that we know will require a follow-up in-person exam without saying so upfront.
Where in Oregon is teledermatology available?
We offer teledermatology visits statewide — anywhere in Oregon. If you’re in a rural area without easy access to a dermatologist, or if coming to Medford isn’t practical for a follow-up appointment, a telehealth visit may be the right option. Use our appointment request form or call us to get started.
Is telehealth covered by insurance?
Telehealth coverage has expanded significantly in recent years and many insurance plans now cover teledermatology visits. We will verify your coverage before your telehealth appointment and let you know your estimated out-of-pocket costs. See our Insurance & Fees page for more information on how billing works.
Appointments & Patient Portal
How do I schedule an appointment?
The fastest way is to call us at (541) 200–2777 — we can answer insurance questions, walk you through what to expect, and get you scheduled on the spot. You can also use the appointment request form on our Contact page and we will reach out within one business day to confirm a time.
What should I bring to my first visit?
Bring a government-issued photo ID, your current insurance card, a list of your current medications and supplements, and any prior medical records relevant to your concern. If you’ve been seen elsewhere for the same condition, bringing those records saves time. You’ll also receive intake paperwork through the patient portal to complete in advance — that helps us spend your appointment time on you, not on forms. Full details on our Your Visit page.
What is the patient portal and how do I access it?
The patient portal is our secure online platform where you can message your care team, view lab results, request prescription refills, review visit notes, and complete intake paperwork. It’s available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You’ll receive portal access details at your first visit — ask us when you arrive and we’ll get you set up.
How long will I wait for an appointment?
Wait times vary depending on the type of appointment and current availability. For the most accurate picture, call us at (541) 200–2777 and we can tell you what’s available. Telehealth visits often have shorter lead times than in-person appointments for certain services.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask that you give us as much advance notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. This lets us offer your slot to another patient who may be waiting. Call us at (541) 200–2777 to make any changes to your appointment.
Privacy & HIPAA
Is my health information kept private?
Yes. We are a HIPAA-covered medical practice. Your health information is protected under federal privacy law and is only used for your care and as otherwise required or permitted by law. We do not sell patient information. All communications through the patient portal are conducted through a secure, HIPAA-compliant channel.
Is the appointment request form on your website secure?
The appointment request form on our Contact page is not a HIPAA-covered channel. Please do not include medical conditions, medications, lab values, or other protected health information in that form. Use it only to share basic contact and scheduling information. We will collect your health history securely at your visit or through the patient portal.
